What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for PO and PM roles from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to address future product hiring needs.
• Partner with product leadership to scope roles and define key performance requirements.
• Design and implement a data-driven, systematic recruitment process.
• Track and optimize key hiring metrics including time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
• Enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier product talent.

Requirements

• Proven in-house experience recruiting for product roles within a tech company.
• Full ownership of a product hiring function.
• Ability to independently assess and qualify PO/PM candidates for various product contexts.
• Experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
