What you will do

• Drive adoption and success by creating data-driven success plans and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Enable expert users through tailored demos, structured onboarding, and hands-on workshops.
• Scope and run projects, leading discovery and crafting solution-oriented technical proposals.
• Amplify the customer voice by capturing feature requests and usability feedback.
• Track and share KPIs such as customer health scores, retention, and adoption milestones.
• Act as a trusted advisor, bridging Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experienced in Project and/or Account Management.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Familiar with CAD/CAE software.
• Understand Machine Learning methods and are interested in AI's impact in Engineering.
• Fluent in English and French
