What you will do

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training curricula to accelerate new hire performance.
  • Conduct performance assessments and provide actionable feedback to sales teams.
  • Perform training needs analysis through call shadowing and detailed performance metric evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop innovative enablement strategies to drive effectiveness.
  • Create and implement cutting-edge training approaches and engagement techniques.
  • Track training metrics and provide transparent insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or sales training.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful sales training programs.
  • Strong skills in instructional design and program development.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems and training software.
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the United States for this role.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of LMS and software such as Saba, Articulate, or Adobe Suite.
