What you will do

• Manage a high-revenue book of business and client relationships with fitness partners.
• Monitor and identify opportunities for supply health across markets, focusing on inventory availability.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing best-in-class support and relationship management.
• Drive adoption of new products and retention of existing products among studio partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop in-depth performance reports for studio partners.
• Act as the local Voice of the Partner and escalate local nuances to country leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management with a full understanding of the field.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, communication, and business acumen skills.
• Track record in managing processes and priorities to hit deadlines consistently.
• Right to work in Portugal.
