Salary: $160,000–$185,000 annually

What you will do
- Own end-to-end build, launch, and QA for Tier 0 and high-impact campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Architect and maintain program structures, campaign taxonomies, and success definitions.
- Partner with Demand Gen and SDR leaders during launches to manage routing and SLA tweaks.
- Maintain and improve lead lifecycle flows, campaign membership rules, and automated workflows.
- Manage the MarTech stack, including platforms like Marketo, Goldcast, and LeanData.
- Improve the end-to-end revenue engine through lead prioritization, scoring models, and attribution updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand Gen operations in B2B SaaS.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-channel campaign builds.
- Expert-level proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce objects including leads, contacts, opportunities, and reporting.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site 4 days a week in the SF Bay Area.
