What you will do

• Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies focused on top 100 enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Partner with Sales leadership to build coordinated account engagement plans for pipeline acceleration.
• Orchestrate tiered ABM programs across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
• Create personalized engagement strategies and executive experiences for high-value strategic accounts.
• Build repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks for scaling engagement across segments.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to measure and report on account engagement and program impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in ABM and enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with account executives to support pipeline growth.
• Experience executing multi-channel ABM campaigns including events and digital programs.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure engagement and ROI.
• Must be located in the continental US.
• Willingness to travel for executive events as needed.
