What you will do
- Build and scale customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and speaking engagements.
- Maintain a centralized, searchable customer evidence library for use across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Partner cross-functionally to align customer evidence with broader product positioning and GTM priorities.
- Support advisory councils and community programs to synthesize actionable insights.
- Equip Sales and Growth teams with specific proof points and peer stories for expansion motions.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B SaaS roles.
- Strong background in building and scaling advocacy programs or customer evidence engines.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex clinical outcomes for various audiences.
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Strong project management instincts for managing concurrent workstreams.
- Comfortable engaging directly with healthcare executives and clinicians.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical AI.
- Familiarity with health system buying dynamics.
- Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Notion, Hubspot, and Slack.
