What you will do

  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and speaking engagements.
  • Maintain a centralized, searchable customer evidence library for use across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align customer evidence with broader product positioning and GTM priorities.
  • Support advisory councils and community programs to synthesize actionable insights.
  • Equip Sales and Growth teams with specific proof points and peer stories for expansion motions.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or related B2B SaaS roles.
  • Strong background in building and scaling advocacy programs or customer evidence engines.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to translate complex clinical outcomes for various audiences.
  • Proven ability to drive collaboration across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong project management instincts for managing concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with healthcare executives and clinicians.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, health IT, or clinical AI.
  • Familiarity with health system buying dynamics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Notion, Hubspot, and Slack.
