Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, US (Hybrid)

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 USD annual total target cash compensation, including base and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Use customer conversations and product data to shape strategy and direction for the product area.
• Align engineering and design teams around customer problems through clear written communication.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to experiment with and ship new capabilities.
• Communicate the customer value and impact of shipped products to internal and external audiences.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and team capacity.
• Define product metrics, track outcomes, coordinate cross-functional roadmaps, and inform future investment through market and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Experience conducting user research and working with customers to test product hypotheses.
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals to clarify what to build.
• Track record of developing, articulating, and executing product strategies.
• Experience using AI tools in product management workflows, including competitive research or prototyping.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco, US.

Nice to have

• Experience using hirify.global as an end customer.
• Experience writing production-grade software.
• Experience designing products with Figma, Sketch, or Abstract.
