What you will do
- Identify relevant companies and reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads, follow up, and book meetings that actually matter
- Own your pipeline end-to-end from day one
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe (offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Copenhagen & Stockholm)
Requirements
- Ambitious, curious, and a fast learner
- Confident speaking with new people and able to build trust quickly
- Proactive - you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
- Structured and consistent in your follow-up
- Thrives in a performance-driven environment
- Very good English skills are expected.
Nice to have
- German at native or near-native level is a strong advantage.
