What you will do

• Shape and execute a winning growth strategy for the JobAuto product, identifying new opportunities and managing strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define the JobAuto vision and implement new features and services.
• Lead quarterly business planning and perform data-driven performance analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Prepare materials and pitch the JobAuto offering to customers, investors, and partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Munich
• Degree in business administration, technology management, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment (startup or top-tier strategy consulting).
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias toward action.
• German: C2 level required
• English: Fluent proficiency required
