What you will do

  • Independently manage the B2C lifecycle program, including end-to-end campaign development and performance analysis.
  • Execute AB testing strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Manage B2B lifecycle and daily communications using marketing automation platforms like Marketo and Braze.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive customer-centric messaging.
  • Define and track key lifecycle success metrics to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to enhance automation capabilities and system scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and substantial experience in AB testing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools, with strong preference for Braze or Marketo.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional, collaborative environment.
