What you will do
- Define and drive end-to-end user acquisition strategy, execution planning, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead experimentation roadmaps that move the organization beyond bottom-funnel demand capture.
- Architect a unified full-funnel user journey by aligning acquisition with Product and CRM teams.
- Remove planning and measurement bottlenecks to maximize learning velocity and capital efficiency.
- Design and test breakthrough acquisition ideas to reach new audiences and create genuine value.
- Manage and scale multi-million dollar performance marketing budgets across major ad networks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar budgets.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other major ad networks.
- In-depth understanding of designing and developing measurement frameworks.
- Experience in team and people management.
- English proficiency required for the role.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in C2C marketplaces or similar domains.
- Proven track record in founding a team from scratch.
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred.
