TL;DR

Strategic Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of high-value employer accounts within the YM Careers Network with an accent on consultative selling, relationship building, and revenue growth. Focus on driving account renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and leveraging data to optimize client success and product adoption.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA area; hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office (Tuesday–Thursday).

What you will do

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of high-value employer accounts through regular health checks and strategic planning.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Own the contract renewal process and mitigate churn risk through proactive relationship management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment advertising best practices to support client hiring goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and improve service outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and account health in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, retention, and revenue growth targets.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Gong.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite.
