Salary: $94,000 – $122,000 (including variable earnings)

What you will do

  • Own a high-value portfolio of SMB clients, building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive customer growth through consultative engagement, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop actionable reporting frameworks for the broader team.
  • Act as a product expert and advocate for client needs within the internal product roadmap.
  • Identify and solve recurring friction points to improve long-term customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless feature roll-outs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management or Customer Success, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and revenue expansion targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools for data-driven storytelling.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively engage C-suite decision-makers.
  • Must be located within commuting distance of the Boston hub.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.
