TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (SaaS): Driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion within top SMB portfolios with an accent on strategic partnership building and consultative growth. Focus on leveraging data analytics to optimize customer outcomes and developing scalable frameworks for team efficiency.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our hubs in Chicago or Boston. Relocation support is available for this role.

Compensation: $94,000–$122,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

  • Manage a high-value portfolio of SMB customers, building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
  • Drive customer growth by identifying expansion opportunities and ensuring maximum platform ROI.
  • Conduct data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews and create scalable reporting frameworks for the wider team.
  • Act as an expert on the product ecosystem and advocate for client needs within the product roadmap.
  • Identify friction points in the client experience and develop long-term, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure seamless client roll-outs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Account Management or Customer Success (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Native-level proficiency in English required.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel or BI tools.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to the US (Chicago/Boston hubs).
  • Growth mindset with experience thriving in hyper-growth environments.
