Salary: $170,000 – $213,000

What you will do
- Define the roadmap and long-term strategy for the Pricing & Risk Management department.
- Oversee departmental budgeting, headcount planning, and hiring to support business scalability.
- Drive innovation in risk frameworks and analytical methodologies to ensure competitive pricing.
- Present pricing and risk KPIs to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Foster a data-driven culture and mentor teams to ensure consistent delivery against goals.
- Resolve enterprise-wide challenges through cross-functional leadership and critical analysis.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pricing, risk, actuarial, or advanced analytics.
- 9+ years of total analytical or quantitative professional experience.
- Proven track record of managing departmental budgets and resource planning.
- Deep expertise in enterprise risk KPIs, executive dashboards, and predictive modeling.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulatory modeling and compliance requirements.
- Ability to reside and work full-time in an eligible US state.
