What you will do

• Develop and implement pricing and growth strategies for assigned retail accounts in the Nordic region.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with retailers and distributors to drive sales performance.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and conduct ongoing market analysis to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, and finance to execute projects.
• Represent the company at trade fairs to strengthen brand presence and market relationships.
• Analyze customer-specific data to optimize channel-specific sales plans and maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
