Compensation: OTE $320,000 – $360,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of strategic opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach to successful close.
  • Design and execute account plans to expand footprint and revenue within strategic customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives at Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to align sales strategy with customer objectives.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to drive sustainable growth and expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hunting net-new business.
  • Must have experience leading complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong ability to build executive-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in value-based selling and constructing business cases tied to customer ROI.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required for client meetings.
