Compensation: $320,000–$360,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach to Fortune 500 decision-makers
  • Design and execute strategic account plans to unlock new revenue streams and expand customer footprint
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, effectively articulating the value proposition and business impact of AI solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive long-term account strategy
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to identify and capture expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven history of hunting and closing net-new business
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
  • Expertise in value-based selling and constructing business cases tied to customer ROI
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Strong collaborative mindset to lead cross-functional initiatives toward shared goals
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% or more as needed
