Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Act as the definitive subject matter expert on platform capabilities and market positioning during client interactions.
- Partner with Account Executives during the pre-sale phase to articulate technical value and resolve complex technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to ensure post-sale implementation success and long-term client value.
- Guide clients through technical configuration and integration processes.
- Identify and advocate for product enhancements based on direct client feedback and usage patterns.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical product challenges and lead client knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or client enablement within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Deep understanding of financial technology markets and operational workflows.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Strong consultative approach with proven experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven project management capability with high attention to detail.
