TL;DR

Client Success Manager (AdTech): Managing a portfolio of advertisers and driving campaign success for a private web browser with an accent on strategic consulting and campaign lifecycle management. Location: Must be based in Germany, France, or the UK

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers through dedicated support.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client campaigns, from strategy to deployment.
  • Advise clients on marketing strategies and optimization best practices.
  • Communicate campaign performance insights through regular reporting and presentations.
  • Lead client calls to demonstrate the value of hirify.global's advertising platform.
  • Coordinate internal communications regarding campaign status, objectives, and client needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or campaign development
  • Must speak fluent German, French, and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering client solutions
