TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech, SaaS): Selling and guiding prospects through complex multi-stakeholder buying decisions for a billing infrastructure that transforms how AI and software companies monetize. Focus on influencing GTM strategy, building a strong pipeline, delivering compelling product demos, and optimizing sales motion using data-driven insights.

Location: Hybrid work with 3 days/week in office required in San Francisco, US.

Salary: $200,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Guide prospects through complex multi-stakeholder buying decisions involving engineering, finance, and the C-Suite.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
  • Partner cross-functionally to influence hirify.global's go-to-market roadmap.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and technical overviews.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine outreach, forecast accurately, and continuously optimize sales motion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
  • Ability to consistently close deals $100k or larger.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Success with creative pipeline generation strategies.
  • Must be able to work from San Francisco HQ 3 days/week.

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity with SaaS, infrastructure, and finance & billing technology.
