Salary: $175,000 base annualized

What you will do

• Design and implement automated reporting workflows to assess GTM and financial performance.
• Analyze deep-dive GTM data to identify and implement process improvements with leadership.
• Build dashboards for tracking account engagement, outreach performance, and pipeline conversion.
• Create logic and reporting structures to improve revenue forecast accuracy.
• Own meaningful cross-functional projects across revenue ops, strategic finance, and business operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA, with preference for rising second-years
• 3+ years of pre-MBA experience in revenue ops, sales ops, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience managing GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, or Ironclad
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or workflow automation
• Background in fintech, API-first business models, or B2B SaaS
• Comfortable using Claude Code and LLM tools for day-to-day work
• Proficiency in financial modeling and pipeline-to-revenue analysis
