What you will do

• Analyze performance across key functions to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business impact.
• Build and own dynamic models and dashboards to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design and lead reporting frameworks that surface meaningful insights for leadership and board-level discussions.
• Drive strategic initiatives like bookings forecasting, funnel conversion analysis, customer segmentation, and various optimization analytics to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define KPIs, build business cases, and measure the success of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience with 1-2 years in a strategic finance/corporate FP&A environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen; fluency in GTM metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion, and sales velocity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Familiarity with systems like Adaptive, Salesforce, Looker, or Hubspot is a plus.
• Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
