What you will do

  • Execute critical daily post-trade operations including trade capture, lifecycle management, and break resolution.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new products, markets, and broker relationships to support firm growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance back-office infrastructure for improved scalability.
  • Proactively identify and implement operational process and workflow improvements.
  • Develop written procedures to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing across global teams.
  • Maintain communication with counterparties, prime brokers, and internal global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth understanding of post-trade lifecycles for at least one asset class (e.g., Equities, Futures, Options).
  • Proven experience managing relationships with financial institutions and brokers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and business analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
