What you will do

• Initiate and submit pre-closing background investigation requests for loan parties.
• Collect and verify entity formation and tax documentation to support internal system processing.
• File and maintain loan-related documents within the internal repository ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate post-closing document submission for imaging and long-term storage.
• Support the processing of letters of credit issuance and amendments.
• Research and resolve post-closing loan terms data correction requests across systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY
• Must work in a hybrid setting (Remote is NOT an option)
• Familiarity with real estate documentation and closing coordination
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
