What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 8–12 outbound business development representatives.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and live call shadowing to provide actionable feedback on pitch delivery and objection handling.
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound plays using tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, and 6sense.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including outbound activity, connect rates, and SQL pipeline contribution.
- Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns and with Sales leadership for seamless lead hand-offs.
- Mentor team members to develop foundational skills for future advancement into elevated sales roles.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR/BDR or AE).
- 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience in the SaaS space.
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound targets and breaking into cold enterprise accounts.
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, value-based conversations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation for performance tracking.
