Sr. Account Manager (Service/Repair)

What you will do

• Meet revenue and profit goals through impeccable customer service and consultative selling techniques.
• Manage multi-tiered client portfolio across Miami-Dade and Monroe County.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals based on proprietary software, blueprints, and equipment surveys.
• Work directly with operations team, provide rapid client communication, and nurture sales team relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings.
