What you will do
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and acquire new accounts.
- Generate pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle from sourcing to closing.
- Sell on value and ROI rather than just product features.
- Identify pain points and map them to platform solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data.
- Support new customers during the initial implementation phase.
Requirements
- Proven account management or sales experience, ideally in software sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client-facing work.
- Must be located in California.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
