Senior Account Executive, Chile

Location: Hybrid, Santiago, Chile

What you will do

• Develop and execute account and territory plans for enterprise customers across LATAM.
• Drive sales of hirify.global services and achieve revenue targets.
• Create and communicate value propositions for technical and non-technical buyers.
• Manage contract negotiations, sales pipelines, and new business prospecting.
• Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies with channel partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience selling technology solutions in a B2B model, including 3 or more years selling to large enterprise accounts.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
• Experience supporting and building customer relationships in Chile is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of computer networking and how the Internet works, with the ability to learn technical concepts.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
