What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for the Rental Management System within the ERP platform.
• Translate complex dealer requirements into actionable development specifications through collaborative design sessions.
• Act as the voice of the dealer to ensure end-user needs are incorporated into the ERP architecture.
• Prioritize features and capabilities to drive business KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
• Enable real-time data integration between hirify.global applications and the new Rental Management System.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and lead go-to-market strategies for product releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona, or willing to work on-site.
• Proven experience owning product backlogs, roadmaps, and managing software releases in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar large-scale ERP products.
• Ability to interpret complex data and define requirements for data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, specifically in facilitating workshops with business leaders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the rental or heavy machinery industry.
• Expertise in SAFe Agile methodology at scale.
• Deep understanding of B2B or B2B2C integration patterns.
