What you will do
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Rental Management System within the ERP platform.
- Translate complex dealer requirements into actionable development specifications through collaborative design sessions.
- Act as the voice of the dealer to ensure end-user needs are incorporated into the ERP architecture.
- Prioritize features and capabilities to drive business KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
- Enable real-time data integration between applications and the new Rental Management System.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and lead go-to-market strategies for product releases.
Requirements
- Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona, or willing to work on-site.
- Proven experience owning product backlogs, roadmaps, and managing software releases in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar large-scale ERP products.
- Ability to interpret complex data and define requirements for data governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, specifically in facilitating workshops with business leaders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in the rental or heavy machinery industry.
- Expertise in SAFe Agile methodology at scale.
- Deep understanding of B2B or B2B2C integration patterns.
