What you will do

• Own the product delivery lifecycle for a Salesforce-based CRM platform supporting merchant and business banking services.
• Lead Scrum teams in the design, development, and enhancement of core platform capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized product roadmaps and requirements.
• Ensure cross-team alignment to maximize CRM functionality reuse and minimize operational duplication.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback from bankers and merchant-facing teams to iterate on solutions.
• Act as a consultative product partner to provide direction and recommendations on platform features.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of professional experience in product management or product ownership.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven track record leading Agile/Scrum teams in complex environments.
• Solid background in merchant services, payments, or business banking.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize competing business demands.

• Hands-on experience configuring or managing enterprise Salesforce implementations.
