TL;DR

Director, Product Management (CRM): Shaping the strategic direction for Sugar Sell, ensuring the product delivers consistent, scalable, and high‑impact seller workflows that support predictable revenue generation. Focus on driving AI‑powered capabilities that enhance seller efficiency such as guided selling, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.

Location: Hybrid in Denver, CO, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do

  • Shape the strategic direction for Sugar Sell, ensuring the product delivers consistent, scalable, and high‑impact seller workflows.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers, providing mentorship, clear direction, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive AI‑powered capabilities that enhance seller efficiency such as guided selling, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market to ensure platform capabilities align with business priorities and customer value.
  • Define and track KPIs related to seller usage, productivity, adoption, and satisfaction, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers.
  • Demonstrated success building commercialized, market-facing products (not internal-use tools).
  • Deep understanding of seller workflows, CRM systems, sales processes, and revenue technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, CX, or adjacent domains.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Must be able to work in-office in Denver, CO a minimum of 3 days per week.
