Staff Product Manager

Staff Product Manager: Leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared product experiences across hirify.global's suite with an accent on navigation, search, and cross-product interactions. Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $174,100 to $261,300 USD.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's shared experiences.
• Define what a unified hirify.global experience looks like and build the case for prioritization across stakeholders and product teams.
• Use customer research, efficiency metrics, and satisfaction data to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap through launch and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to set a high bar for quality.
• Communicate product direction clearly and compellingly to various audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management at a consumer or B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning user-facing product experiences end-to-end.
• A strong design sensibility to identify and articulate great user experiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally in complex, multi-product environments.
• Exceptional ability to distill complexity and communicate clearly to any audience.
• A bias toward action and sound judgment under ambiguity.
• Some startup experience.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in legal tech or a strong understanding of how legal professionals work.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search or navigation experiences.
