TL;DR
Product Owner (AEM): Managing and prioritizing product backlogs for Adobe Experience Manager implementations with an accent on translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days remote)

What you will do
- Translate strategic product goals into actionable backlog items and detailed user stories.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business value and ROI.
- Define test cases and provide formal sign-off for feature readiness.
- Partner with Scrum Masters to remove impediments and maintain sprint momentum.
- Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support deployment.
- Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required
- Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week
- Five or more years of experience in product development or a related role
- Strong background in agile methodology and backlog management
- Experience in defining test cases and coordinating quality assurance across cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
