Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days remote)

What you will do

• Translate strategic product goals into actionable backlog items and detailed user stories.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with business value and ROI.
• Define test cases and provide formal sign-off for feature readiness.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to remove impediments and maintain sprint momentum.
• Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support deployment.
• Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required
• Must be able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC 3 days per week
• Five or more years of experience in product development or a related role
• Strong background in agile methodology and backlog management
• Experience in defining test cases and coordinating quality assurance across cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
