What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs.
• Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy → launch → metrics).
• Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership.
• Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management.
• Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution.
• Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering.
• 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies.
• Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services.
• Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems.
