Salary: $21 – $24 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and vendor relations.
• Ensure exceptional food and beverage service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Restaurant Leadership Team in achieving department revenue and expense goals.
• Manage operational troubleshooting for kitchen equipment, POS systems, and reservation software.
• Lead and mentor staff members to maintain a high-quality guest experience.
• Collaborate with store management to deliver special events and in-store programs.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be capable of performing physical tasks including constant walking/standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments (front and back of house).
• Proficiency with POS systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Current State Sanitation, ServSafe, and Safe Alcohol Consumption certifications.
• Experience working in environments with children.
• Experience with Eatec and JTech systems.
