• Assist in driving a high-quality guest experience and maximizing team sales performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and developing design consultants.
• Maintain operational and reporting standards, and act as the Leader on Duty.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and handle conflict effectively.
• Perform disciplinary action as needed.
