What you will do

• Generate sales within assigned territory.
• Drive business and technical benefits mapped to end user requirements.
• Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
• Maximize coverage within the defined region and penetrate organizations with hirify.global products.
• Provide forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
• Update and maintain the hirify.global CRM system (salesforce.com).

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams.
• Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers in English & German.
