What you will do

• Act as the primary link between Sales Managers, Dealers, and Customer Care for order processing and technical support.
• Provide technical product information, lead times, and specification support to dealers and customers.
• Assist in preparing high-quality tender responses (RFI/RFP) and quotations for sales opportunities.
• Coordinate after-sales requests with logistics and customer care departments.
• Maintain accurate sales data and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers to achieve financial sales goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• Fluent in English and at least one other regional language (Russian is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of proven track record in generating new business or an associated field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel within the NCEE region when required.
