What you will do

• Run existing accounts, drive organic growth, and participate in new business development
• Lead client management and consultancy to push bold campaign ideas and ensure results

• Generate leads, prepare pitches, close sales, and coordinate team for new business

Requirements

• 4-6 years as Account Director in agency or creative environment
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns: PR, social, events, influencer marketing
• Proven client relationship leadership with consultancy for results and growth
• Entrepreneurial mindset for expanding client remits and new business
• Commercially minded: deliver projects profitably and on time
• Confident presenter with new business development experience and team management skills
