What you will do

• Own the growth experimentation engine, testing messaging, creative, and product experiences to drive acquisition.
• Lead performance marketing strategy across social, search, and emerging platforms.
• Build and manage a high-volume creative testing program using internal resources and AI tools.
• Optimize the full acquisition funnel, from ad creative to product onboarding and activation.
• Use data insights to identify patterns and iterate on growth experiments.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and design teams to improve conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Experience leading performance marketing programs with a focus on experimentation.
• Track record of scaling consumer products using data-driven methods.
• Ability to own growth outcomes while executing hands-on tasks like ad buying or data analysis.
• Strong judgement regarding budget allocation and experiment prioritization.
• Experience managing external agencies while maintaining clear ownership of results.
• Ability to translate complex performance data into clear actionable insights for leadership.
