What you will do

• Assist in launching, supporting, and maintaining campus chapters nationwide.
• Support student leaders with tabling, events, and outreach engagement.
• Manage communications with student leaders via email, text, and digital platforms.
• Track, document, and report on campus activity, events, and student engagement metrics.
• Coordinate logistics, including printing materials, assembling kits, and managing resource distribution.
• Assist with CRM data management and general administrative projects.

• Part-time availability (10–20 hours per week).
• Must be based in Orange County, CA, with local travel capability.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with an ability to handle sensitive information.
