What you will do

• Manage and maintain relationships with institutional holders through proactive outreach and initiatives.
• Promote the benefits of stETH and liquid staking to potential collaborators and users.
• Deliver presentations and thought leadership content to educate the market on blockchain-based solutions.
• Partner with internal product design streams to ensure solutions align with collaborator requirements.
• Represent the protocol at industry conferences and key events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Investment/Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Blockchain.
• Deep knowledge of L1-L2 networks, bridges, DEXs, oracles, and lending protocols.
• Comprehensive understanding of DeFi ecosystem participants and value drivers.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently.
