TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Web3): Own and scale post-sales customer experience for blockchain data infrastructure with an accent on onboarding enterprise customers, driving adoption and expansion. Focus on building customer health metrics, strategic success planning, and translating feedback into product insights.
Location: Remote from any geographical location with 2 hours overlap on NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET) Mon-Thurs

What you will do
- Own end-to-end customer journey including onboarding, adoption, training, renewals, and expansion.
- Design scalable Customer Success strategies aligned with lifecycle stages and revenue goals.
- Partner with Sales to drive upsells, cross-sells, and new revenue opportunities.
- Build executive relationships and act as strategic advisor to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize features based on customer feedback.
- Develop customer health scoring, processes, playbooks, and advocacy programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, including building or scaling CSM teams
- Deep experience in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure-as-a-service products
- Track record developing Customer Success strategies for adoption, retention, and expansion
- Experience managing large enterprise and high-velocity digital-first accounts
- Strong operational skills in metrics, account plans, onboarding, and journey maps
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
Nice to have
- Experience at early-stage blockchain or decentralized infrastructure company
- Building community-driven success or customer education programs
- Exposure to open-source projects or developer ecosystems
