What you will do
- Sell the Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level customers.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle including pipeline management and documentation of buying processes.
- Provide strategic account leadership during both pre- and post-sales stages.
- Conduct thorough analysis of wins and losses to improve sales motions.
- Meet individual sales quotas and business objectives.
- Travel to customer sites as required for meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Italy.
- Proven experience in selling enterprise software, ideally within an open-source or infrastructure context.
- Experience working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to ensure customer investment success.

- Background in selling API-first or AI-connectivity technologies.
- Proven ability to leverage existing executive relationships.
