TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Italy. Remote role with up to 30-50% travel required to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Sell the hirify.global Enterprise Platform to enterprise-level customers.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle including pipeline management and documentation of buying processes.
  • Provide strategic account leadership during both pre- and post-sales stages.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of wins and losses to improve sales motions.
  • Meet individual sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Travel to customer sites as required for meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Italy.
  • Proven experience in selling enterprise software, ideally within an open-source or infrastructure context.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to ensure customer investment success.

Nice to have

  • Background in selling API-first or AI-connectivity technologies.
  • Proven ability to leverage existing executive relationships.
