What you will do

  • Develop and execute pipeline generation strategies to secure new enterprise business within the public sector.
  • Own and manage assigned territory account planning, forecasting, and lead-to-closure workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Represent the company professionally while maintaining high-level relationships with senior government executives.
  • Document and track buying criteria, processes, and sales motions accurately.
  • Travel to customer sites as required to support sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling enterprise software with a strong network in the public sector or government domain.
  • Proven track record of success in selling to senior-level executives across multiple government departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing a sales territory.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
