TL;DR

Partner Success Engineer (Infrastructure): Managing strategic infrastructure partnerships to drive adoption of Voice AI models across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments with an accent on technical consulting and channel growth. Focus on leading technical validations (POCs), designing deployment architectures on GPU/accelerator platforms, and building AI-native workflows to scale partner operations.

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $195,000 – $245,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Act as the technical advisor and strategic owner for infrastructure partners across silicon, cloud, and hardware sectors.
  • Drive joint adoption through live demos, workshops, and deployment architecture guidance.
  • Lead technical validation and POCs for self-hosted, on-prem, and edge deployments, including security-sensitive use cases.
  • Translate partner technical problems into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
  • Identify and scope expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell) and activate partner channels such as OEMs and marketplaces.
  • Operate AI-first by building tools, agents, and workflows that eliminate recurring manual work for the team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, Solutions/Sales Engineering, or Enterprise CS) at API-driven or infrastructure companies.
  • Strong fluency in APIs, containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/Helm), and GPU/accelerator inference.
  • Proven experience managing partner ecosystems and channel business models (resale, referral, co-selling).
  • Track record of leading POCs, technical workshops, and engaging both technical stakeholders and executive buyers (CTO, CIO).
  • Demonstrated AI-native operating model with a history of building automation tools to eliminate recurring tasks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in machine learning, Voice AI, or developer-first technologies.
  • Knowledge of GPU optimization, quantization, and model serving.
  • Experience with confidential computing or edge AI deployment across CPU/GPU/NPU targets.
  • Background in Telephony, CCaaS, or CPaaS (e.g., Twilio, Genesys).
  • Working fluency with Python, TypeScript, or agent-building frameworks.
