GTM Lead (BPO): Executing and scaling the go-to-market strategy for the outsourcing sector, closing high-value mid-market and enterprise contracts with an accent on delivering operational efficiencies, margin expansion, and new service delivery models for BPO providers. Focus on penetrating high-value BPO segments and building an ecosystem of BPO sector introducers and strategic partners.
Location: Based in Dublin, Madrid, or Lisbon with flexible work setup and travel when needed.
Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 € per year + performance bonuses

What you will do
- Drive revenue and execute go-to-market strategy for the BPO sector, penetrating high-value segments.
- Position and pitch the transformational ROI of managed AI agents to BPO decision-makers.
- Ensure seamless post-sale handover, retain strategic oversight, and drive growth within closed BPO accounts.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to structure deals meeting client data privacy and compliance standards.
- Build and leverage an ecosystem of BPO sector introducers, consultants, and strategic partners.
Requirements
- BPO vertical expertise and network with a proven sales record selling complex tech into the BPO industry.
- Proven record of hitting and exceeding target quotas, generating and closing a €1M+ annual pipeline within the BPO sector.
- Deep experience value-selling complex, secure technology solutions (SaaS, AI, or data-driven products) to enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize the entire revenue funnel for a specific vertical.
- Experience building a new category or aggressively selling a product in a space with previously low penetration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficient in creating presentations and negotiating with BPO CXOs.
