TL;DR

Account Executive (Growth): Managing existing enterprise accounts to drive retention, up-selling, and cross-selling through direct and partner channels with an accent on value-based selling and ROI articulation. Focus on building relationships with C-suite stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting quarterly revenue quotas.

Location: Singapore (Onsite role with ~25% travel expected).

What you will do

  • Manage a territory of approximately 60 existing accounts throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Run business value justification meetings and negotiate renewals with expansion.
  • Network with executives to identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global Alliances and Channels ecosystem for co-sell and re-sell motions.
  • Maintain a 3X pipeline coverage and provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts to management.
  • Escalate and resolve technical or business issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management roles.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Expertise in SaaS retention and the full sales process.
  • Strong knowledge of value-driven sales and ROI articulation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for diverse stakeholders including IT and C-suite.
  • Must be capable of complying with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in RM (Relationship Management) roles.
