TL;DR
Account Executive (Growth): Managing existing enterprise accounts to drive retention, up-selling, and cross-selling through direct and partner channels with an accent on value-based selling and ROI articulation. Location: Singapore (Onsite role with ~25% travel expected).

What you will do
- Manage a territory of approximately 60 existing accounts throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Run business value justification meetings and negotiate renewals with expansion.
- Network with executives to identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Alliances and Channels ecosystem for co-sell and re-sell motions.
- Maintain a 3X pipeline coverage and provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts to management.
- Escalate and resolve technical or business issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management roles.
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Expertise in SaaS retention and the full sales process.
- Strong knowledge of value-driven sales and ROI articulation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for diverse stakeholders including IT and C-suite.
- Must be capable of complying with U.S. export controls.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in RM (Relationship Management) roles.
